The experience which Inpec Engineering and Teodor Garabet had acquired in the past with the real estate projects "The Jewelers Mall of Los Angeles" in the USA and "Casa Stega" in Bucharest resulted in the newly initiated planning of an exclusive commercial project on the Côte d'Azur in Cagnes sur Mer, which was approved in principle by the local authorities and included in ongoing developments for subsequent execution.
